The epoxy floor coating process
Aside from safety and affordability, the beauty of epoxy flooring is that it’s quick and easy to install – especially when you choose Sealplex. Our experienced team has the skills to complete your epoxy flooring efficiently, so you can get back to work sooner.
We start by preparing the floor using a dust free grinder, ensuring that the surface is professionally cured and free from cracks. We then apply a specially prepared epoxy floor coating in the colour of your choice. If any decorative or urethane finishes are required, these are applied last.
Depending on the temperature conditions, it’s usually safe to walk on epoxy flooring the day after application. Within three to seven days, you can park cars and operate machinery on your new epoxy floors.
